Our showroom address is: Stone Dam Mills, Well Lane, Halifax, HX1 1SG.
If you are local to Halifax and know the town centre, we are across from the Woolshop car park and the Royal Mail Depot. Free parking is available at our showroom.
What are your opening times?
Monday - Saturday: 09:00-17:30
Sunday: 11:00-16:00
Bank Holidays: 10:00-16:00
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer a free delivery service to customers within a 15 mile radius of our Showroom.
If you would like to purchase a product online or in our showroom out of this radius we can discuss premium delivery options with you.
Along with our free delivery service we offer to collect and dispose of old Sofas and Beds free of charge.
What are your delivery Lead Times?
At point of sale our sales team will advise an approximate lead time dependent on the manufacturer.
As these are approximate lead times we cannot guarantee we will receive your goods from the manufacturer within this timescale.
Once your goods have arrived we will call you to arrange delivery and settle any outstanding balance on the order if applicable.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation as soon as the order has been processed in store.
